Our Mission

Welcome to MONTESSORI PRESCHOOL established in January of 1995. We offer a year-round learning program with emphasis on academics based on the authentic Montessori approach to education for children ages 2 to 6 years. When you enter our facility you will see children engaged in learning activities uninterrupted in a quiet serene and secure environment.The first few years are a joy to behold and the learning and fun that happen within them is formative for success ahead. Montessori Preschool is a center-based child care provider serving families in Los Angeles, Culver City, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista , Westchester and surrounding areas.

Montessori Preschool has specific learning standards. Montessori learning materials ensure best practices and consistency with time-honored Montessori method. A Montessori-inspired environment that’s clean, orderly and harmonious, crafted to allow students to move, interact and self-construct their learning space.

Montessori Preschool also offers a Montessori curriculum based on physical development, sensorial development, language development and mathematical skills together with art and music. The method emphasizes independence, discovery, self-discipline and self-motivation for children, with educational philosophy roots dating back over one hundred years.

We work with families that value getting the best of early educational enrichment, in the form of stimulating activities and a mixed as well as peer set of similarly-aged children, along with an environment that feels like formal school and can help smooth the transition ahead.
